Why do we compensate losses?

We believe in our business model and we would like to invest together with you. However according to local law only private persons can invest via FinBee CZ. Therefore we as a company cannot invest together with you. Therefore we have decided to compensate a big part of potential losses for all our investors instead.

What compensation will I get?

FinBee CZ Lending will compensate 30% of potential losses (outstanding principal) at the moment of default.

When will I receive the compensation?

FinBee CZ Lending will compensate 30% of potential losses within 7 days after the moment of default.

Will compensation apply for all loans?

We will compensate potential losses for loans issued after 21st of March, 2019.

What happens if a defaulted borrower repays the loan?

In case a borrower repays defaulted loan, amount paid to investors will be reduced by compensated amount.
