If you became FinBee.com/FinBee.lt investor before October 13, 2017, your FinBee.cz investor account will be created automatically after you log in and accept General terms and conditions. You can log in using your FinBee.com/FinBee.lt username and password. If you became FinBee.com/FinBee.lt investor after October 13, 2017, then you will have to register as a new FinBee.cz investor. You can see the information about that here.

You can become an FinBee investor by registering on our website. It is an easy process and takes no more than 10 minutes.

When registering, you will create FinBee.cz investor account. If you would also prefer to invest in Lithuania, you can register as investor on FinBee.com/FinBee.lt. We strongly recommend creating investor accounts in both countries, which means you will not miss out on any of our investment opportunities.

Please note that we will ask you to verify your identity in accordance to EU regulation N°910/2014. You need to be at least 18 years of age and have a European Economic Area (EEA) bank account in order to invest with FinBee.

Your money will be transferred and kept in a special FinBee.cz payment institution deposit account, which is overseen by Czech bank, Fio Banka.

There are four ways in which you can deposit money into a FinBee.cz deposit account:

  • Czech bank transfer: You can transfer money to your FinBee.cz account from any Czech bank account. This is the fastest and easiest way to deposit money from the Czech Republic, as the money will be transferred within a couple of hours.
  • PaySera: You can transfer money to your FinBee.cz account using your PaySera account. This is the fastest and most convenient way to deposit funds into your FinBee.cz account if you don‘t have a Czech bank account. The money will be transferred to your FinBee.cz deposit within one working day.
  • SEPA bank transfer: You can transfer money to your FinBee.cz account from any bank within the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). The payment is done in euros and is then converted to Czech Koruna using Fio Banka exchange rate. The money will be transferred to your FinBee.cz deposit account within around one working day.
  • TransferWise: You can transfer money to your FinBee.cz account using TransferWise. This is a cheapest option if you are transferring foreign currency that will then be exchanged to Czech Koruna. You can find the exchange rate here. The money will be transferred to your FinBee.cz deposit account in around one or two working days.

Please note that it will take up to one working day for your deposited funds to be transferred from your FinBee.cz deposit account to your FinBee.cz investor account.

If you transfer euros or any other European Economic Area (EEA) currency, these funds will be converted into Czech Koruna at the public rate provided by Fio Banka.

We advise that you check the exchange rate before you make your transfer.

Transfer and/or money exchange charges may be applied for using any of the above deposit methods.

Yes, all loan contracts with borrowers in Czech Republic are signed in person after he or she provides a valid ID.

We plan to maintain the following interest rates for loans in Czech Republic:

A* rating loans: 12.5%
A rating loans: 18%
B rating loans: 23.5%
C rating loans: 28%
D rating loans: 33%

We currently project that the average interest rates on FinBee.cz loan will reach 26-28% during the first year of operation.

Currently there is no possibility for FinBee.cz to inform the Czech tax authorities about the investor’s earnings. Therefore, investors are solely responsible for payment of all applicable taxes until further notice. Please note that FinBee cannot consult or provide information regarding payment of taxes in the Czech Republic.

There is no maximum cap on investment into one loan via FinBee.cz.

Currently, FinBee.cz provides only consumer lending services. However, you are able to invest into business loans in Lithuania.
